Call or visit our office to collect an admission form, or request one by email.

Submit & Assessment
Return the completed form with required documents. Your child will attend a friendly interview or assessment appropriate to their age.
Step 3
Meet & Offer
Meet your child's prospective class teacher, tour the school and receive an offer letter.
Step 4
Enroll & Begin
Pay fees, purchase uniforms and learning materials, and welcome your child to Crescent Hill School.
